1st of all - Sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry for my lack of blogging recently - it has NOT been because I am lacking things to talk about - but we are just having a FABULOUS summer and are busy (and tired) each day. The Johnson kiddos are all really great! A laid back summer schedule has allowed for crazy fun daytimes, later bedtimes (taking away from my posting time), and (says a happy Mama) 3 kiddos that are sleeping in a bit later. I will fill you in all the details as I catch up on posts
So here are some shots of Aaliyah's poster from her VIP week in preschool. She didn't need a poster, necessarily, but having just seen Mulu's she advocated - plenty loud - for one of her own. I used my newest crafting toy - the Cricut - and made little "people" representing all the pieces of Aaliyah. (some of the lighting is weird on the pictures- so overlook that piece)
Here is a goofy Aaliyah in a traditional Ethiopian dress (or at least my interpretation of one :^) )

Aaliyah has announced that when she grows up she would like to be a doctor - so here it is!
and being an absolute Daddy's girl she is has declared herself as a Brewer fan!
and - - - - of coarse - - - - - Princess Aaliyah. No description of her personality could be truthful without including "princess". She is all about being a princess and princess is all about her. There are even some moments lately where I feel like she is teetering on being our queen - eeeek.
And a Princess..err. Queen?? she should be! I am glad you are having a wonderful summer, and that you are posting again. Can't wait to see more pics and hear more stories.
